Where do you ship from?
Your orders are shipped from our workshop in Cowaramup, WA.
How long does it take to deliver?
Our shipments are made with Australian Post and DHL depending on the country, all packages can be tracked with their corresponding tracking number. Once the order is placed, an email will be sent with the confirmation of the purchase.
Each piece is individually handcrafted in our workshop so it takes between 2-5 working days to prepare your order, delivery time depends on the country. You will receive an email with the tracking number once the package has been shipped.

Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can track your package. No orders will be delivered on weekends or holidays. Delivery times may be affected by delays due to shipping, customs or other external factors.
Please check the shipment tracking information you will receive via email for the most accurate delivery date.
What is the shipping cost?
The cost of each shipment will be calculated automatically and will be detailed at the time of confirming the purchase so that it is always approved by the customer before confirming the payment.
Every customer receives a shipping notification once the parcel leaves our office. Please check your SPAM box before emailing us requesting an update.
Your local shipping carriers may experience delays outside of our control.
Duties & Taxes?
Please note that you will be responsible for all duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination.
International orders might be subject to duties and taxes which are calculated by your local customs authorities. These costs must be paid by the customer. All orders are shipped from our showroom in Cowaramup, Australia.
Pez studio does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.
